Brewed February 2, 2023. OG: 1.037 FG 1.009. ABV 3.7%.

This was first batch made using the Brewzilla 3.1.1 electric brewing system. I got the setup on a Black Friday deal late 2022.

The OG came in at a low 1.037. I did not use the mash pipe correctly, placing both screens at bottom of pipe. The second screen is supposed to sit on top of the grain bed. This resulted in much grain in the kettle after dumping sparge water on the open exposed grain bed.
